DE International is the international unit of the NSW Department of Education. We manage international programs for all overseas students and temporary residents enrolling in a NSW government school, as well as study tours programs for groups to visit our schools and department facilities. We register and monitor student exchange organisations and host overseas government delegations.

Our support and compliance staff work closely with schools and homestay providers to ensure students learn and live in safe and supportive environments.
We facilitate study tour groups to our schools. Groups include students, teachers, education officials and overseas government delegations.
