On 20 September 2024, ambassadors from the NSW Government Schools International Student Ambassador Program (ISAP) held a booth at the NSW Intensive English Talent Showcase to engage and inspire current students. The showcase brought together students and staff from the Intensive English Program, at the Bankstown District Sports Club Theatre.

ISAP ambassadors participated in the showcase as mentors, sharing their experience and advice with students attending the event. They engaged students through an ‘Australia Vibes’ booth, which featured a Match the Aussie Slang game designed to connect international students with Australian culture in a fun and educational way. Students who came to the booth also shared their stories and aspirations on an Australia Vibes poster, resulting in a beautiful collection of gratitude and dreams for the future.

Special thanks to ISAP ambassadors Tararith Kaing, Bella Xinwei Zhou, Katherine Peikun Qi, and Enning Li for their dedication and commitment to creating a welcoming and engaging experience for international students studying in NSW government schools.
